Product Description from Amazon.com:
"Mark Jordan shares thirty-one short chapters for anyone currently leading a ministry, a business, or a team. Drawing upon a lifetime of experience, these chapters are spiced with personal stories of Jordan's finest (and not-so-fine) moments to illustrate such topics as Ask Forgiveness, Permit Questions, Do Your Homework, and Honor Former Leaders. Perfect for taking a month to read - and pondering - a chapter each day or sharing with your church and/or Sunday school staff."
Living and Leading in Ministry is a 118 page book that empowers the spiritual leader that reads it with practical advice and wisdom. I give honor to J. Mark Jordan, the author of this work, for giving a bit of himself in every page within this resource.

That is just a brief insert of wisdom that you can find in this book. However, the wisdom and practical advice within this book is invaluable and extremely beneficial. I highly recommend any aspiring minister of the Gospel to get their hands on it.
It is a fast read full of anointing and divine insight. If you have truly heard the calling of God in your life to become a minister of the Gospel you need to read this book!
