The 4 Phases of Business Growth
Phase 1: Strategic Business Planning

What we have found is that most people that want to become entrepreneurs or start their own business have great ideas, but often times lack the know-how to bring their idea to market.
With that said, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching and consulting. That's why we spend so much time getting to know you and your business and how you like to operate.
We like to dig in and develop a 5-year plan, and it starts by conducting market research and a competitive analysis. Once we know there is a market for your business idea, then we start to establish a vision and mission for your new business, and write out your goals and objectives. From there, we really get down to business and start writing out your business and marketing plan.
Lastly, we'll calculate your start-up cost and go over your financials.

Phase 2: Launching Your Business

It's been said that a "failure to plan is a plan to fail," but even worse than not planning at all is to plan and never act or execute on that plan.
In this phase it is all about implementation. This is where we determine your business location (and/or how you will do business online), as well as decide on a business structure and name.
We will also go over registering your business for any State and Federal tax ID numbers, and we will apply for any licenses and/or permits you may need in your area. And we'll go over opening a business checking account, and getting business insurance if needed.
Lastly, we will start the process of writing out your marketing copy, which will be used across all of your marketing material. And we will also go over re-purposing your marketing content for multiple marketing mediums.

Phase 3: Managing Your Daily Business Operations

Our Founder (William Ballard) is strong believer in the fact that we should all be good stewards of the work that has been entrusted unto us.
Wit that said, this is the phase where we go over how to manage the day-to-day operations of your newly established business. We will go over managing your finances and hiring, training, and managing employees, independent contractors (freelancers), and even volunteers. We will also go over how to stay legally compliant.
Moreover, we will identify assets and liabilities. And we'll go over how to prepare for emergencies (such as another COVID-19 or something similar), as well as for growth (more about that in phase four).
Lastly, we will also go over managing specific departments and teams, and managing marketing and sales training for team members and volunteers.

Phase 4: Preparing For Growth & Expansion

There is a time or season for sowing, and then there is a time or season for reaping. When it is harvest time it is time for growth and expansion.
With that said, preparing for growth is no easy feat. This is the phase where we will cover all your bases and get you headed in the right direction.
We'll go over researching and analyzing new markets to expand in to. We'll even look into the possibly of landing government contracts.
We will then go over expanding our marketing outreach initiatives while planning for growth, and executing on new opportunities. Lastly, we will re-evaluate our marketing cost and review overall financials.

We Are Small Business Owners &
Entrepreneurs Just Like You
All of our business coaches and marketing consultants have run their own businesses — and some have MBAs or Doctorates in their fields. They understand where you're coming from and can relate to both the struggles and wins that accompany being a small business owner and entrepreneur.
Because they've been in your shoes—and work with entrepreneurs just like you in multiple industries— they've likely seen what you are going through before. Our business coaches and marketing consultants bring thousands of hours of coaching and mentoring and past experience that can shortcut your time to results.
Our training programs puts our business coaches and consultants through hundreds of hours of training to ensure you get the value you deserve. On top of that, each week we have all our coaches and consultants split into mastermind groups to tackle challenging client problems - so if they can't solve something in a session with you, they'll have the resources to figure it out for the next meeting.

Still have questions?
How much does it cost to work with a coach or consultant from william ballard & Asscociates, LLC?
We work with entrepreneurs and small business owners of all sizes. For this reason, we have done our best to provide custom coaching and consulting programs of all sizes. We believe there must be an ROI on all services provided and work hard to give that value every day. Our average client spends $2,250 a month with us for 1-on-1 coaching and consulting.
Is there a MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
It depends on the coaching package we put together, but most often there is a 6-month minimum for our 1-on-1 coaching and consulting. The reason we require a 6-month commitment is that we are focused on providing sustainable growth. Based on the amount of time spent with your coach each month to move the business at the right speed, it can often take a few months before you start seeing results.
With that said, our goal is to become your business partner and pay for ourselves 10x over. Some of our earliest clients have been with us for over 4 years and still continue to regularly meet with their coach.

How is my coach or consultant chosen for me?
We carefully select a coach and consultant for you based on the needs of your business, as well as your own personal learning style.
