For the past 15+ years I've studied the wealthy, the most successful, the affluent, those that appear to be able to accomplish just about any feat or ultimate chief aim in life with very little conflict or setback -- or, at least, it would appear that way to most of us.
However, in all of my years of study, and application of successful principles, I've found that the majority of us don't really know what we're talking about.
You see, there is absolutely no reason why everyone in this country can't be successful, affluent, or even abundantly wealthy.
Now, let me make this clear before we go any further, I am not, nor will I ever claim to be a prosperity "preacher". I'm not here to blow smoke up your butt, or give you some get-rich quick baloney.
The truth is, anyone can be successful (whatever your definition of "success" is) if they just follow some certain principles and respect certain universal laws. You see, most would say that some people are more fortunate or "lucky" while others are doomed from the start. However, this just isn't true.
What I'm about to say next may come as as shock to some of you, but...
The truth is the main difference between the super successful and abundantly wealthy and the poor and down-and-out have to do more with mental paradigms and belief systems than poor circumstances and bad luck.
For example, what you got to understand is that poor and middle class is a mindset and/or a belief system just as rich and wealthy is a mindset or belief system. And the majority of poor and middle class minded people have been lied to and have consciously and subconsciously believed in the lies. Take this lie for example: Rich people are greedy.
When was the last time you heard that one?
Well, I've actually researched this out and studied this, and guess what I found. The truth is rich people give more to charities and to their local churches in a month then what the poor and middle class give in a year.
So which of the two is really the "greedy" one? You may say, "Well, of course, they are able to give more, because they have more." All the more reason not to stay poor, broke, and part of the middle class.
I was raised to think the same way. I was raised by parents that bought into the middle class mindset and belief system just like the majority out there. But in the past 15+ years I've have gone through several paradigm shifts (the changing of beliefs and habits) and have found that success is my duty, my responsibility (no one else's), and my obligation to myself, my family, my church, my community, and ultimately my country.
I've adopted the mindset of the truly successful and now see being poor, broke, and part of the middle class as being selfish, greedy, and stingy.
Another lie that the poor and middle class have come to believe in is: Jesus said, "It is hard for a rich man to make it into heaven", therefore it is wrong to be rich. The truth is this is taking what Jesus said out of context and putting words in His mouth that He did not say. Jesus said it was hard... He didn't say it was impossible.
The Bible went on to say that NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE with God. In fact, the Bible goes on to say that the ONLY thing that IS IMPOSSIBLE is to please God without Faith.
The following are four short booklets that I believe everyone should have on their book shelves or office desk, if they truly want to grow and advance their business and their life
As a Man Thinketh -- By James Allen
First published as far back as 1902, and has been quoted from for decades, is James Allen's short book, As a Man Thinketh (AFF). This book is a essential piece of literature that explains and promotes the direct connection between our thoughts and our happiness.
Proverbs 23:7 says, "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he." It is that core biblical principle and thought that this book was written from.
What you have to understand is that we are God's highest form of creation. The Bible is full of verses and passages that tell us that His thoughts and ways (God's thoughts and ways) are Higher than our thoughts and ways, and the Bible goes on tell us what we should put our thoughts on (positive things).
Do you believe in the power of positive thinking? Are you unclear as to how that power can be put to work in your life? James Allen’s, As a Man Thinketh (AFF) explains and promotes the direct connection between what we think and the influence our thoughts have on the direction our lives take.
You2: A High Velocity Formula for Multiplying Your Personal Effectiveness in Quantum Leaps
Price Prichett's short booklet, You2 (AFF) is a companion piece to his other short work, The Quantum Leap Strategy (AFF). In You2 , Price promotes an non-traditional (and some may even say down right crazy), quantum leap strategy and philosophy for achieving breakthrough success.
As I mentioned above, success really has to do a lot with your mindset and belief system. In fact, I'll be honest with you, the first time I read this book there was a major wrestling match going on in my mind between my old beliefs and mindset (the failure mindset) and with this new belief and mindset (success) that was trying to make it's way into my heart and mind (you'll know what I mean once you read it for yourself). But with that said, the quantum leap (You Squared) mindset reigned victorious.
This powerful new idea and concept will, with out a shadow of a doubt, change your mental paradigm and belief system about your business and your personal potential to achieve greatness. It provides you with 18 key components for building massive success while expending less effort. In other words, achieving more and better results while doing less work. You'll learn to multiply your personal effectiveness, leverage your gifts, and leap beyond ordinary performance expectations within your marketplace or industry.
Making My First Ten Million -- By Brian Carruthers
Can a simple short story, that will only take you a mere 10 minutes to read, really change your ability to attract more money into your life?
The first two booklets above really had to do a lot with your mental state and how the successful think in comparison to the unsuccessful. This short booklet is a true story about how a young man discovered the power of leveraged income (a.k.a. residual income) through one life-changing conversation and light bulb moment. He shares with you how the wealthy use leverage to create passive cash flow and abundant lifestyles.
You see, what I have been trying to tell you all throughout this post is: One kind of mindset and belief system attracts money and the other repels it. The problem is most people have developed and nurtured the mindset that repels it rather than the mindset that attracts it.
In order to truly find out what is holding yourself back financially, it's going to require you to think outside-the-box for a change and think like someone who has figured out the secret to freedom. As I've told you before, there is no reason why anyone in this country can't or shouldn't be prosperous and successful. The problem is we've been lied to. And I believe we've been lied to long enough!
What you need to understand is success isn't a matter of "luck" (luck comes from lucifer), but a matter of learning certain principles and following certain universal laws that were given to us by God.
The Millionaire Booklet: How to Get Super Rich -- By Grant Cardone
Grant Cardone's, The Millionaire Booklet (AFF) was created for you to keep close to you until you become a millionaire. The 8 steps that Grant lays out in this short and easy to read booklet is presented to you in very simple to understand language that will allow you to get started today in creating the money you deserve.
I've been telling it to you since the start of this post, now it is time to face the facts, your parents failed to teach you the correct mindset to have about money (it doesn't mean that they aren't good people, it just means that they were lied to and taught you the same thing that they were taught). Plus, schools and colleges don't even teach this stuff in their curriculum. Why do you think that is?
At a time when more and more people are actually slipping out of the middle class into poverty, more people are becoming rich. In fact, believe it or not, just last year over 500,000 households became millionaires. However, for every 500,000 that are become millionaires, there are over a million who are falling more and more out of the middle class and into poverty -- I don't want this to be you!
Get your copy of The Millionaire Booklet: How to Get Super Rich now and get one or two for your friends and start a Millionaire Booklet Mastermind group holding each other accountable until you all get to your first million.
Now, STOP thinking/believing that being rich is a bad thing. STOP thinking that ALL rich people are greedy.
Believe it or not, there are actually some millionaires who actually want to make a positive difference in the world. And there are some aspiring millionaires that wish they could have the funds and resources necessary to make a difference in their communities and local churches but can't seem to get over this poverty and middle class mindset that their parents programmed them to have and believe in.
Not ONE of these booklets cost more than 9 dollars, so it's not going to break you to invest in ALL four. Look, the problem is you've been fed bad finical data all of your life. Now is the time to take back control of the data and information that you let into your mind and heart.
START developing the mindset and beliefs of the successful and wealthy and run away as fast as you can from the lies of the middle class and the poor and broke.
If you're really ready to start making a change in your personal and business finances then you should really consider clicking on the image below and investing in Grant Cardone's Playbook to Millions (AFF)
