  • Height - is all about levels or layers. We can see this throughout organizations and industries -- such as the military's rank structure, education -- grade levels to advance degrees, sports -- high school to pros, and, yes, even corporate America - front-line workers to managers and executives. Consider the Elevator Concept, how would you like to be able to move up levels at the push of a button? How would you like to go from the basement office to the penthouse suit -- the one with the breath-taking view?
  • Width - Based on the prayer of Jabez, "Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast..." (1 Chronicles 4:10)... William believes that the ONE major thing that is missing in college courses -- and which is holding many recent college grads back -- is the art of networking, which is a skill that all must master in order to reach any level (there's that word again, it must be important) of success. The truth is: If you're looking to enlarge your coast, expand your territory, or create more margin in your life, your Net Worth is highly dependent upon your Network.
  • Depth - Grant Cardone and Gary Vee have been talking at length lately about how important it is to not just go marginally wide, but also deep into subjects, into your relationships, and into the industries that you are engaged in. As writers, you know that it's impossible to fully understand an author just by reading one of their books. You have to go deep and wide -- you have to read many of their books, as well as read some of the books that they are reading -- to really get an understanding of what they are thinking, as well as feeling.  Think of it this way: In college, when you get your Associates degree in a certain subject, you get a surface level understanding on the subject. But as you move up into more advanced degree levels, the deeper you go into those subject matter, and the more in-depth your understanding becomes.

When you bring all three of these components together, what you end up getting to is something so much more than just a “new level,” you expand into a greater dimension of success in both your professional and personal life.
