You have to be willing AND able to work more than 40 hours a week - most weeks of the year.

When you first start, you begin with 5-10 hours a week. But keep in mind, we’re looking for people who will ultimately join our team full-time. And if you do join full-time, you will need to put in more than 40 hours a week. It takes more than just a 40 hour work week to change the world.

In other words, if you are looking for a comfortable 40-hour week, then this is not for you…

Also, you must be coachable. If not, you will not last very long on our team…

​Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be part of our team. In this role, the Executive Assistant will run and manage the details of the business enabling our CEO to work strategically and focused on his key responsibilities.

​The interested candidate must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. He/she will manage William's personal and professional calendar and schedule so that he is able to be the most productive to his clients.  

​He/she must also be a highly motivated and goal-orientated individual and eager to be the backbone that makes the company continue to grow and succeed.
​

Content Marketing Specialist(s)

We are looking for a handful of dynamic Content Marketing Specialists to be part of our Content Creation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for working together with the Content Creation Team you have been assigned to in a collaborative mastermind group role to help achieve our client's marketing goals and objectives. 

​You will also be writing content for our four newsletters, as well as contributing to the writing and creation of e-books that will be used for lead generation purposes or as digital products.

​All correspondence among Content Creation Team Members will be done through Zoom calls, Slack for communication, and Click Up for tasks management -- as well as in-person if Content Creation Team Member is local.

​Strong communication skills are needed for both verbal and email correspondence. Must be a highly motivated, a goal orientated individual, and eager to write content that will generate new leads and prospects, and create new members and client relationships. 

Within this department there will be three major teams: 
  1. Top of The Funnel Content Creators 
  2. Middle of The Funnel Content Creators
  3. Bottom of The Funnel Content Creators

High Income Copywriters

We are looking for High Income Copywriter(s) to be a part of our Marketing Department. You will be in charge of writing everything from Facebook ads, sales email campaigns, sales funnels, sales letters, and more. 

To be a good fit for this position, you must be able to adapt to different writing voices. You must be able to write to different audiences. You must have an obsession for human-psychology and marketing. You must have a sensitivity to human-emotions, social dynamics and the power of words.

Bonus if you have some basic experience with direct-response copywriting.

Graphic Designer(s)

We are looking for Graphic Designer(s) to be a part of our Content Creation Department. In this role you will be responsible for perfecting the look and feel of our customer, member, and client experience through are online efforts. In other words, you will be responsible for designing the layout and presentation of our physical book covers, e-books, and other downloadable digital products, as well as the design and layout of our websites. 

​You will be correspondence with our web hosting company, Executive Assistant, Digital Photographers, and Content Marketing Specialists. You will be responsible for taking the idea that our CEO has for our website, our books, and digital products and brining those into reality.

​Strong communication skills are needed for both verbal and email correspondence. You must be a highly motivated and goal orientated individual that is creative and intelligent.

Digital Photographer(s) 

We are looking for Digital Photographer(s) to be part our Commercial Photography Department. In this role you will be responsible for conducting photo shoots for our clients.  The three areas of expertise that we focus on are in product photography, real estate photography, and professional branding. 

​You will be handling communications with our Executive Assistant and Graphic Designer. Strong communication skills are needed for both verbal and email correspondence. Must be a highly motivated and goal orientated individual that is creative and intelligent.

Customer and Client Care Team Member(s)

We are looking for  Customer and Client Care Team Members to be part of our fast growing organization. In this role you will be the main contacts that our customers, clients, members, and prospects will be communicating with, which means that you will be the first and primary impression that our customers, clients, and members will have of our company. 

​You will be handling customer, client, and member's concerns, issues, and questions.  Strong communication skills are needed for both verbal and email correspondence. Must be a highly motivated and positive individual that is creative, polite, kind, considerate, and knowledgeable of each and every one of our products and services.
